After cmd line entry "bcdedit.exe", everything in the portion pertaining to Windows Boot Loader is the same as yours EXCEPT the last line: "nx OptIn".........mine says "nx Optout" please advise. Regarding the recovery partition, you might be able to recreate it, but you will need the recovery disks that came with the computer.
