I thought it was a virus, so i ran anti-virus programs. Same with copying files, I ended up rushing my mouse everytime I need to insert or copy a file. First of all do start your computer in safemode and open MSCONFIG command and then un-tick all the unwanted startups from there, and also un-tick all the unwanted services then reboot I try to word everything the way that every user, even those with little computing experience, understand what they need to do.
