Thanks again! My USB 3.0 is still working properly as of this comment. I wish Intel would just recognise the problem and get the ball rolling on a true driver. computer manufacturers may provide their own drivers based off of intel….im not a genius like this guy, i just know that intel drivers are not always the best default.

Now, everything is working fine. It will also produce a 15gb worth of folders and files so.. This is odd given that there are five other drives of the exact same make and model attached to the same hub still working. These steps got me fixed right up.
