I launched regedit from an Adminstrator command window, Windows 7 64-bit. I also tried downloading a hotfix from microsoft but that didnt work either. I have spent so long on this problem. the only problem that Driver Sweeper had, was after cleaning most of the files, the C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies folder was still listed...
