I have tried the solution you provided but it says "troubleshooting was unable to automatically fix all of the issues found... I know its the Bang & Olufsen software because when I turn the sound enhancement off, the problem just dissappears. I called HP Support in my country, they have informed me that they will be sending an engineer to assess the problem with my laptop.
