I am using these memory sticks Corsair Vengeance Model: CML16GX3M2A1600C10 They advertise to run at 1600. Running Speedfan on my PC I get fairly low temps: GPU: 34c HD1: 39c (HDD) HD0: 31c (SSD) Temp1: 28c Temp2: 30c CPU temps are hang between 15c - 18c Could I don't think I have the sleep option enabled, but I will check again, it might take a reboot though.Any help would be fab! If all else fails this is a definite work around.I would start with a BIOS update as one suggested, then I would use a program from Microsoft called "Autoruns" and disable Right click at Start button > click Command Prompt (Admin) > at the flashing prompt, copy/paste this.......
